Most heat pump installers have never serviced a boiler. Ryan has spent thirteen years inside traditional systems, so he knows what your home needs before anything low-carbon goes in. Sometimes the honest answer is "not yet", and every system we design in the meantime is built to run at the low temperatures a heat pump needs.
